One of my sales reps sent an email via Sales Insight using the "Blank" template. Basically, she created her own email and wanted to send it to a group of her prospects using the "Send with Marketo" function. She's one of my top internal Marketo advocates and she's eager to use this functionality.
Oddly, the email (and related click / open activity) didn't show up in the Marketo Sales Insight view in the Contact records, although it did show up under the "My Email" tab in the main Marketo Sales Insight View (with Best Bets and Watch List).
Is that just because she used a blank template rather than one I'd created for the sales team and pushed to them via Marketo?
