More issues I'm having with MSI: a couple of my reps have been sending emails via the Outlook plugin, but those emails aren't showing up in the email tab of their MSI tab in Salesforce. In fact, if I pull a smart list of all leads who've been sent sales emails by those reps in the past couple days, nothing shows up.
They've forwarded me the emails they sent, and the Marketo tracking pixels and link tokens are definitely in there.
Anyone else having issues?
