There are a few ways to do this. One of the ways is creating a campaign to start tagging leads that fit your critiera. This also means that you won't be able to report these leads without some manual tracking (exporting lead records from the report above and having an intern look over the dates activities happened).
You can create the campaign to start tracking with the following steps:

create a static list - this will be your holder of leads that meet the criteria of your campaign, e.g. leads that first visited your site, then filled out any form

make a triggered campaign that has the following smartlist critiera: trigger - fills out a form = any, filter - visited landing page = yourSite

flow should be add to the list you created in step 1
Effectively, anyone who's filled out a form after visiting your site will be tracked in the static list.
