Rulers on landing pages?

Is there anything in the works to add rulers (like in the adobe suite software) to the top and sides of landing pages?

Marketo doen't have the option to add the ruler but you can add a Firefox add-on - "Development toolbar" which allows you to display lineguides and ruler. Hope this firefox add-on can help.
