REST API : Unable to get Paging Token Error 603 Access Denied

Hi all.

I've found myself unable to generate the nextPageToken required by call "Lead Activities" or "Lead Changes".

I am returned with an error code 603 Access Denied. As per the Marketo REST API Error Codes documentation, it states that this error means "Authentication is successful but user doesn't have sufficient permission to call this API".

• I have set-up an API-only user in Marketo (with Admin privileges checked)
• I have set-up a custom service in LaunchPoint using this API-only user
• I am able to get other REST API calls to function

Two things to check. One, did you check the API only user box. Second, did you check all 8 of 8 API permissions.

Yes, checked the API only user box. 🙂

I'm only seeing 5 permission checkboxes, they are all checked, on our production account though...?
I do see the 8 permissions on our sandbox account, they are all checked.
I have an admin role on both sandbox and production accounts.

I would recommend recreating the API user in your production account, including the role. When you created the API role, there might have been only 5 permissions. There are now 8. 

I would recommend recreating the user, role, and service by following this guide.
