Responsive design emails working on Android but not iPhone

Hello, we are using a responsive design email template and it works fine for Android devices but doesn't seem to be working on the iPhone. Has anyone else had trouble with this and found a solution?

A typical media query should cover both types of devices.  What media queries are you using?
