Report Overlap Between Campaigns

I'm trying to build a report showing lead overlap between campaigns. I'm currently building a smart list to show how many leads are sent (minimal number) emails/week, reflecting overlap between campaigns.

Is there a report style that would make this easier?

I would probably use custom columns in a lead performance report
