Reply to Address - Marketo Financial

Hi, We recently sent out a save the date email campaign. However the reply to states Marketo_financial?

Is this a user error or error within the system?

Hi James,

Couple of questions.  Did you edit the Reply to in the email and then it changed it to Marketo Financials when it sent it?  The From and Reply to will be the same unless you change them.

Hi Cheryl,

The from and reply to email were both edited and in the preview they look as they are supposed to however we noticed someone come back with the issue as above and was wondering what could be the cause?

This might be an error in the system.  Can you please log a support ticket for this issue?
