Remove Munchkin code on Marketo LPs

Hi All.

I know there is a link for this, but I the link I have is not working. What do I have to remove in order to avoid the munchkin cookie to prefill the form and make sure I have a new lead created and only to update if the email doesn't work? we are planning on using this on some TM effort and any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure there is a way to create a Marketo page without munchkin.
