Recurring Webinar

We would like to link a recurring webinar (GTW integration) with one marketo campaign. The thing is that when a person signs up for the recurring webinar they should only be associated with the closest upcoming occurance and not with all furture webinars.

It does not seem that this is currently posstible - what is the best work around anyone has found without having to create new campaigns each time.

Hi Kelly, unfortunately there is no easy solution for linking Marketo programs to recurring webinars, but Josh Hill did write this guide for setting up recurring webinars! For us, we decided to break the webinars into separate events so that people could register for the next one or any other one in the future, so they're all separate campaigns on the back end.

This is used for a recurring demo. I took a look at Josh's post and seems like that is our best option.
