Recurring Reports

I need to setup a recurring report that shows a list of our partners so we can keep track of who was added and deleted on a weekly bases. How would I go about creating such report and have it automatically sent to me every week?

Hi:

I don;t think you can get deleted partners, but you can get new partners in a list. 

1)  Just have a trigger for the Smartlist:  Lead is created.  Then use a filter for lead type is Partner, or however you identify partners.

Hey David, if you're deleting records then you won't be able to see who was deleted. If something on their record is changing, and for the records that are added, you can create a smart list with a subscription so that it will be automatically sent to you each week.
