Ran into an issue with the email performance report. It currently only looks at the first time an email was sent to someone. We're re-using these campaigns yearly, and we're updating the copy and subject line on the emails. The problem is, now we can't see accurate numbers for the latest send of this campaign. Has anybody found a workaround for this?
Have you double checked that the settings of the report are looking at the correct date range and correct assets? That'd be my first port of call.
I agree with everything Grace Brebner said, but also maybe also consider creating new campaigns. You are at risk of all kinds of weirdness with loss of trace-ability, muddling of metrics, audit issues around audience etc.
