The Lead Conversions report in Revenue Cycle Explorer is a really nice report for tracking conversions through the Revenue Model. However, we have uncovered that it shows a historical count which therefore includes deleted, duplicate leads or test transactions which are no longer present in the database. This is inevitably messing up our conversion stats and we were wondering if there was another report we could run to only look at current leads. Any ideas? Thanks.

I've actually had this same issue before. I believe I solved for this by just adding a filter to the report that would apply to all leads, but only existing leads (something like 'email address is not empty'). Doing so should filter out historical data for leads and activities no longer in the system.
