"Learning 2" folder isnt pre-populated in Marketing Activities

I am brand new to Marketo and have been going through community articles. In the "Send an Email Blast" article - step 1.1 says go to Marketing Activities >Learning->New-.New Program. 

Immediately after that in step 1.2 there is a campaign folder that is auto populated called "Learning 2". This folder does not exist for me as I only have a folder called "Learning".

I cannot go any further because apparently "Learning 2" have templates or functionality which are not in "Learning". 

Sorry if this is an error or i did something wrong. Any help is appreciated.

I think Learning 2 is just an error in our screenshot. I think if you pick any folder you ought to be able to go on and do further steps.

Hi Erik- Thanks for your response. When I get to to 2.3 in "Send an Email Blast" - under the template section - there is no "Curved paper" option. Then when I click "blank" - I get no editor. This is what I see.

I suspect you aren't getting an editor because it is being caught by your pop-up blocker. If you click the "Edit Draft" button, does an editor pop-up or show a message in the URL bar?
