"From Address" order is changed and comma is removed in iPhone view

Hi.  Whether entering the From Address name manually or using a text Token, when the email is delivered and opened, the order of the text is changed. This behavior is new and I don't know what is causing it.  Below is an example of what is happening.

Entered:

From Name:  Susan Smith, Widget Company

Email delivered and opened:

From Name:  Widget Company Susan Smith

Note:  It views correctly in the email Inbox, just not when the email is opened.

Anybody know what is causing this and how to fix it?

I'm not sure if this is the case, but your client may be assuming that that the text before the comma is the from-person's last name, and the text after the comma is the first, and automatically switching the two. Not sure how to fix it if that is indeed the case, but I've seen people place the company name in parentheses before, which could help.

ETA: Some email clients/address books format names as LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME as standard practice. Just wanted to say that so I don't look crazy

Thanks, Jennifer.  I replaced the comma with a dash "-" (without the quotes) and that worked perfectly.
