"Date of Activity" Filter Question

Trying it this way. It might be the best bet.

Actually I did find a sort of solution. It was a combo of two smart filters:

Data Value Changed In Past 10 months

AND

Data Value Changed In Past Before 5 months.

I was able to catch that 5 month period from 10 to 5 months ago.
