Publishing to Facebook doesn't work

I tried to create a Facebook tab for a Marketo landing page. Worked fine, but when I click the CTA on the form I recieved an error:

Hi Chloe, I haven't heard anything back from Marketo yet. I'm thinking about submitting a case.

hi natalie, I am having the same issue, have you found out why it is just sticking on the please wait and not following through to the landing page or auto emailer?

I'm having a similar issue, but instead of seeing an error message after submitting info through the form, the landing page is telling me to "Please wait." It has been stuck like this for several minutes, has not redirected to the thank you page and I have not received the thank you email.

Can someone help me troubleshoot?

Thanks, John. The issue is only on the Facebook page. The original landing page works perfectly. The funny part is that when I complete the form on FB I get the error message (instead of the Thank You page), and I also get the Thank you Email.

If you navigate to the Landing Page directly, are you able to submit without issue?
