What happens when a lead is added to a program and their program status is up dated and the SFDC sync is enabled but there is no SFDC campaign associated to the program? I am seeing in our instance the leads/contacts are being reassigned and just wanted to make sure it was nothing on the Marketo side. Thanks Everyone!
If there isn't any Salesforce campaign synced with the Marketo Program then there wouldn't be any change made in Salesforce when a lead's status in that program changed. Program statuses only reflect in SFDC when campaigns are synced with them, otherwise they're completely separate.
