We use On24 for handling our webinar registrations, and I've noticed a weird trend where more often than not, my company's employees will NOT receive the confirmation email (sent by On24). It only appears to happen when using @mycompany.com, but if I use my personal emails (@gmail, @yahoo, etc) -- I receive the confirmations fine.
I've checked and when using my company email I pass into Marketo fine and then into On24 fine as well, so I'm not sure where the disconnect is.
I'm working with our IT team to identify if it's a possible email server problem, but I'm curious if anyone has encountered a similar problem or not?
