I have always used smart campaigns to sync to SFDC campaigns.....BUT, we want to switch to using the primary campaign sync instead. I can't figure out why when I create a brand new Marketo program and use the "create new" option when syncing the program to SFDC (to create a new SFDC campaign)....the resulting SFDC campaign does not end up with matching statuses like it's supposed to (to match the statuses from the MKTO program). I do know that I need to wait until the next SFDC-Marketo sync - the statuses are still not there after many syncs have completed, even the next day.
Can anyone think of why this might be happening? I'm hoping it is just user error somewhere in my setup.
Have you created any new status in Salesforce or the status still says "sent" and "responded"
I have been experiencing the same issue since November 2019. But the campaign statuses synced correctly prior to November. Curious to see if anyone else is experiencing this and/or if a solution has been identified.
