I have a list of internal staff to whom I send all our communications, invitations, product launch but they don't receive everything. They're blocked by our daily/weekly communication limit. Is there a way to sort of "whitelist" them to ensure they receive everything that is addressed to them?

Hi Simon,
No, there is none if they are within the same smart campaign. But as you can ignore the CL in a Smart campaign (schedule -> smart campaign settings), you may run these in a separate Smart campaign.
