I'm working on setting up our first email nurture program in Marketo that will start soon. We've not yet had to account for holidays in Marketo because all emails have either been one-off scheduled messages. However, now that we're setting this nurture up, I want to come up with a plan for how to address holidays that we'll use for this campaign and then eventually others as we grow our nurture programs.
Does anyone have experience setting up automated email pauses for their Marketo instance? Or, are you manually going in and turning off engagement nurtures during holidays? Any thoughts / feedback is appreciated!
Here's my thanksgiving pause program scheduled to run on Mon 11/25
