Is this possible? It's triggered, so the leads are at various points in the workflow -- so adding a waitstep won't work. Is it best just to remove the leads from the workflow?
Not really possible to pause. If you deactivate the campaign the leads already in the workflow will continue to be processed. You will need to actually remove all leads from the workflow to stop it.
