Outlook Templates Not Appearing

I have installed the Outlook 2007 plugin and would like to use existing templates in messages. However, when I click New Marketo Message, under "Choose Template:" there are no options. Where should this be pulling from, or how do I get templates to populate here?

Note: I am a Dynamics CRM user, not Salesforce. I wouldn't think that would impact anything, but just to note.

Hey Ryan

We've just started to use this functionality in conjunction with Sales Insight (SFDC) so this may be similar for you.

In your Email Message in Markeo under settings there is a box you can tick "Publish to Sales Insight" (it may be the same for Dynamics CRM?)

Once we have done this and approved the email, it is then available in Outlook via the plug in as well as SFDC. (I do have to reboot Outlook first though....)
