I need more clarification on how the opportunity data sync should ideally function.
Our opportunities are currently syncing from SFDC to Marketo for the records that have contact roles associated with them, whereas in the MPI program analysis settings, I have used Hybrid Attribution.
As per the Hybrid attribution, it should sync Contacts with roles if available. If none available, use all contacts in account.
But we haven't observed any records which don't have contact roles available sync all contacts.
Where are we going wrong here? Are we not able to interpret properly the definition of Hybrid or what should be the ideal behavior of this attribution?
We want all our opportunities to sync to Marketo.
