Operational Emails from SFDC

Is there a way to mark emails that are sent via SFDC (not Marketo Sales Insight) as operational? Our customer support team sends out their service announcements to customers via SFDC instead of Marketo. But if a customer has unsubscribed from emails via Marketo, they are not receiving these SFDC emails.

Is there an easy way around this, other than getting our entire support team Marketo licenses so they can send operational emails?

I'm not aware of a way to override the Opt Out field when sending Salesforce emails.  You can blast your operational service announcement emails to your customers via MLM and make it look like the sender was their lead owner on your support team.  That way you would not have to get a Sales Insight license for everyone.
