We are currently running few nurturing programs and I was wondering if it is possible for a prospect to receive an email part pf our nurturing campaign even do he/she have reached the daily email communication limit? Is there a way to overcome this in the nurturing program setting?

No, you cannot override this in the EP settings. What you can do is make the email operational, but this is very dangerous, because it would also override unsusbcribes. The other way is to replace the email in the EP stream by a sub program and have the email embedded in this sub program and sent by a smart campaign that overrides the communication limits. Mind your unsubscribe ratios, though...
