Unlike other sessions, your name does not show as the speaker (in fact no speaker name is shown) in the iphone app (it shows on the web, though).
I fully agree with Josh that it's not the role of sales person to change score, in the Marketo sense of what a score is.
But Salesforce has a field called "rating" that sales may use to decide whether a lead is Cold, Medium or Hot (or any values you have set in your SFDC instance). If this the field you want to use to trigger the nurturing, then this is fine.
