notification on queue change

I have a flow set up which allows a notification to come to me when a rep changes a lead to their own queue in salesforce but I can't see WHO made the change.  I am already using my max 'track fields' so I was hoping that Marketo could have a token to tell me who made the change but I'm not seeing a "modified by" option in the token for the alert.  Any ideas?

the "Alert" token will allow you to link to the lead record from the alert. Will that meet your requirment? Also the lead owner token will now populate with the new owner so that shoud give you what you want...

Add {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} to your alert.

Ahhh I didn't know the lead owner would show the new owner, yes that does resolve my issue!  How do I link the lead record in the alert?
