Our CRM platform is MS Dynamics. Currently, the country field is an open text field. We're in the process of changing that to a normalized drop-down menu of values (United States, Canada, etc.). In Marketo, we've been using the 2-character country codes for our normalized country values (using name/value pairs within our Marketo forms, e.g, United States::US,Canada::CA). Since the values need to match in Marketo and CRM, do you see any pitfalls in normalizing the country values with the actual names and do away with the 2-character codes in Marketo?
