New unsubscribe page in template

Hi there... I created a new unsubscribed page and trying to upload or append it to our email blasts. 

I do not see where to do that. Can someone please help?

Where you see this: %mkt_opt_out_prefix%UnsubscribePage.html?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK##

Replace with %mkt_opt_out_prefix%YourUnsubscribePageLink.html?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK##

Thanks, Jeff... I see where I need to make these changes but it's all html code updates ... is there a one-sheet or anything that indicates what changes I need to make? Not really a coder...

Admin Tab > Click Email > Unsubscribe html and text (update the link in there). You may need to update individual emails that over write this.
