How do you represent money earned or negative dollar amounts in the cost period? Many of my programs aren't available in RCE becuase I can't put in a negative cost.
Are you trying to represent revenue earned from the campaign?
This is done via opportunities associated with contacts. The cost of your compaign compared to the value of the opportunities that the campaign has touched is used in ROI calculations.
So the least the cost period should be is $0, never negative.
What about a live event that my company hosts where registration is paid by attendees? I'm trying to figure out how to include that since it might make my event 0 or negative... any advice?
