Need a memory Refresher

Hi:

Can someone please refresh my memory on the difference between

clicks link in email
clicks link in sales email

there are many ways an email can be sent, how do you know which trigger works for which email:
it: Sales insight email, email sent via send and track through outlook (same as Sales insight email?) marketing email blast from marketo?  Which goes with which? 

long of the short, whats the difference between email and sales email?

If the email was sent using a Sales Insight plugin (Outlook, Chrome/Gmail) or application via Salesforce/Dynamics, etc., it is a "Sales Email". Everything else is a regular Email.
