Need a designer / vendor for a new Marketo email tempalte

Does anyone have a resource they have used and were happy with in designing a custom Marketo email template? I am not happy with the out-of-the-box email templates from Marketo and wants to create a few templates with a lot more graphics capability. Unfortunately, I am short-staffed from a marketing and design standpoint and don't have bandwidth to do this in-house. Any recommendations (of if you have any templates you have used and are willing to share)  gratefully accepted!

Have you tried the templates in the program library?

We worked with the Marketo design team to develop custom emai land landing pages and were pleased with the ourcome.
