Is anyone else noticing that My Cases is timing out today? I've tried it on several different browsers to see if that's the issue but I just keep getting a time out message. I don't think I have more than one open support case right now anyhow...so weird.
No one? Am I the only one seeing this? I'd love to submit a case for this but....ergo the message here.
yes i am repeatedly having this problem and have been for the past 1.5 months. it gets fixed and then fails again a few days/weeks later...did you ever find any solution?
