Munchkin code is tracking on one domain but not another

Hi, 
We have 2 domains we are using Munchkin tracking code on: 

http://takesupplychain.com - this one tracks activity and has since we added pages.takesupplychain.com as a domain that we use for landing pages

http://onescm.com - this one does not track activity. I don't know why as I have added the Munchkin code the same way I did on the takesupplychain site and also set up pages.onescm.com as a domain we use for landing pages

Any suggestions, help, ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestions. However, I have both domains set up with Marketo as pages.takesupplychain.com and pages.onescm.com. I was also testing the tracking on myself by filling out a form on the new site so that I would recieve a cookie from the new site. 

The issue was that our new site is using a newer version of JQuery which required the use of Munchkin Beta. I have this set up now and the tracking is working perfectly.

What happens is each domain will be tracked separately. So if lead A visits takesupplychain.com for the 1st time a cookie is dropped and an anoymous lead created in your Marketo instance. Then if the same lead A visits onescm.com a different cookie is dropped and a separate anonymous lead created in your Marketo.

The munchkin code is domain-specific (as are pretty much all cookies nowadays), so it will not work on two different domains. You will need to talk to Marketo Support about supporting multiple domains.
