Hi Community,
I am in the process of uploading lists through Marketo and syncing to Salesforce.
I noticed that after I run Smart Campaigns I get this error message that says "Multiple Leads Error" and gives me a spreadsheet of the leads not syncing to Salesforce. I have searched in both Marketo and Salesforce databases and there are no other matches for these leads except in the original CSV files I uploaded. I might have to create these lead profiles in Salesforce manually.
What can I do about this?
Thanks,
Sabrina
Solved! Go to Solution.
This could also be due to duplicates in the system - i.e. the 5 records should already be existing.
Hi Sabrina,
Are you using the smart campaign to sync the leads? Is the sync with CRM activated in admin?
Thanks

Yes, I believe the sync with CRM is activated in admin. I first uploaded the list into a Program that is synced with a Salesforce campaign. After it said "Imported", it had an error message that followed saying 5 leads had a "Multiple Leads Error". However, the rest of the leads successfully synced to Salesforce.
And when I used the smart campaign afterwards, the leads that had the error message earlier didn't sync either.
How do you recommend I look for duplicates in the system?
Could you search for the records in database using the email id - and see if matching records exist?
Hi have you tried doing a bug fix on Marketo?
