So we've added the Add to Marketo Campaign feature to our CRM and while testing the feature for an event, we noticed that if we set the "Campaign is Requested" flow step to Sales Insight, every single sales person will be able to add a lead to the campaign.
Is there a way to provide that feature for everyone but limit which campaigns they're able to add their leads to? We are currently trying to filter through "Sales Owner Email Address is" and "Account Owner Email Address is" but neither filters have worked to limit the functionality.
In fact, we can only add people to the event program if there are no filters of any kind - only if the Campaign is Requested trigger set up.
Can anyone please provide some insight on this?
Weird that filters don't work on the request campaign itself.
Try adding another trigger campaign in the mix, eg.
smart campaign 1 | Trigger > Request campaign via MSI | Flow > Add to List
smart campaign 2 | Trigger > Added to List + Filter > Account Owner Email address is X;Y;Z | Flow > Change program status
