Move forward to a friend box?

Is there a way to move the Forward to a Friend box in the browser? It constantly covers our headers. My director is asking if we have the capability to move it to the side of the email so that it is next to the email that will be sent.

It is not currently possible to move the forward to a friend box that appears when the link is clicked.
