Hi! I'm wondering if anyone has discovered a way to alphabetize the Sales email folders in your Microsoft CRM instance? (When you go to "Send Marketo Email" in CRM > the list of available emails pops up.) In Marketo, I have the Sales emails organized under programs, and the programs then display as folders in CRM. I believe the way it's currently working is that the oldest folder/program is at the top of the list -- if you make an update to an email under the program, it drops it down to the bottom of the list. We have close to 200 emails out there so it makes it difficult for our sales team to find what they need. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
