Marketo Values Not Matching Salesforce Values

Hello

Has anyone had issues with the values not mapping properly from salesforce to marketo?

For example, in Salesforce we have a field called "Business Type" and it is a picklist with 6 values. But in Marketo, it only shows 3 of the 6.

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

That field may not have mapped correctly to Marketo. Marketo tends to show 'collected' data.

On what object is the field?
If it is on lead & contact then you should make sure that the pickvals are the exact same in SFDC on both objects.
