Marketo/SFDC Sync Backlog

We had our SFDC sync go down overnight due to a password timeout. We addressed the timeout this morning and leads are now syncing properly but the backlog of overnight leads did not sync. Is there a way to manually sync the leads that had errors overnight? If not, what's the best process to ensure the leads that had errors make it into Salesforce now that the connection is back in place?

Re: Marketo/SFDC Sync Backlog

Hi Mike Wolf

There is a way you can manually sync the leads from Marketo to SFDC.

Step 1: Go to the smart list which has the leads you want to sync.

Step 2: Click on leads tab and select the leads you want to sync (select all in case you want to sync the complete list)

Step 3: Click on lead actions

Step 4: Hover over Salesforce from the drop down list

Step 5: Select Add to SFDC campaign option

Final Step: Select the campaign and choose the status and click run.

The above steps should be enough to ensure the leads are synced manually between Marketo and SFDC.

Cheers,

Sru
