Marketo / SFDC Configuration: Marketo logs activities in SFDC

Hi Community, 

Marketo creates a host of activities in my SFDC instance. I have reconfigured it per the attached, but I am under the impressiont that Marketo continues to create these activities. Is there anything else I should doing to prevent that?

In the example above, the last activity date was 8/20 - when did you reconfigure the Sync Options?  Have you tested sending a an email to yourself and filling out a form since you reconfigured to see which are added to the Activity History?
