Hi Team,

 

I have requested MSI access from Marketo Admin and received the invite. However, I was also asked to create a Salesforce profile to complete the access setup. I would like to clarify a few points before proceeding:

  • Is sending an Invite through Marketo Admin and Authenticate through salesforce is the correct approach to get MSI access, or is there an other method.

  • When clicking “Activate account with Salesforce”, will this action have any impact on the existing Salesforce contact record.

  • Can MSI users (Remove/Delete) only be managed once I have access to Sales Insight Actions, or is there another way to manage users.
