Hi Team,
I have requested MSI access from Marketo Admin and received the invite. However, I was also asked to create a Salesforce profile to complete the access setup. I would like to clarify a few points before proceeding:
Is sending an Invite through Marketo Admin and Authenticate through salesforce is the correct approach to get MSI access, or is there an other method.
When clicking “Activate account with Salesforce”, will this action have any impact on the existing Salesforce contact record.
Can MSI users (Remove/Delete) only be managed once I have access to Sales Insight Actions, or is there another way to manage users.
