Marketo Sales Insight Upgrade

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade Sales Insight package installed on our Org. from version.1.4295.16 to the new version available on appexchange i.e. 1.4307.1. I want to know if this will cause any data loss or any data related issues. I am following the instructions in the article http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KzVmCAK to complete this Upgrade, but before doing that I want to know what are the precautions I must take. Kindly help out as we need this upgrade done today.

The upgrade essentially overwrites the existing version. It should go smoothly as current one seems to be working properly.

The installation package is not supposed to overwrite existing data.

That is a standard message from AppExchange valid for any package, not just Marketo.

The automatic option would save you hours of work while the manual allows you to rename the listed objects before retrying. 
The upgrade needs that selection to continue.
The choice only depends on the time and skills you have to solve the naming conflicts.

It is up to you to decide.
