In salesforce, in the Marketo Sales Insight section under email, the automated emails aren't showing the subject line, but instead showing the token {{my.email_subject}}. Any ideas as to why this keeps happing?
Also, with my newsletter emails, it appears that my lead scoring isn't triggering properly.
Anyone else experience these issues? Any help would be appreciated!

You have two separate questions in your post - can you create a different post for your second question please?
The token you have above is a My Token (program/folder token) and these don't work within Marketo Sales Insight (MSI). If you want the subject line to appear in MSI you need to manually edit the subject line on the email and not rely on My Tokens.
