For the last couple days, our Marketo instance has been running extremely slowly, almost to the point where we could consider it "production down" in some cases.
Smart lists are taking ages to calculate qualified leads, then when (and if) they finally produce a lead count, it has taken even longer to try to send those leads through a static list or to try and run a batch email with them.
This seems to have affected our team globally, so I am not sure what changed. We do have some pretty hefty smart lists, but we haven't had these sort of performance problems with them before now.
Just curious if anyone else out there is experiencing anything similar, or if it's time for us to look at our own assets more closely. Thanks all!
Our instance was running slow a week or two ago, but it has been running fine this week. I know that the marketo team has recognized some of the recent lags and were working on a fix. I would contact them about this.
Nate you should contact to Marketo support asap, maybe some of your campaigns get chocked due to large number of leads passing through it.
We were faced with the same problem, one chocked campaign slows down the whole system.
