I have a Marketo Campaign labeled as "Spark.contact me - alert email" in Marketo.  What is the Field Name that this is associated with?

Claude, the label nomenclature for programs and child assets is "Parent program.child asset" - the assets are not associated with any fields unless you have workflow that explicity capture the campaigns associated with contacts.
