When Marketo adds activities to Salesforce, all activities are added with the type Call. This is true even if it is an email. This doesn't make any sense, and is throwing off our tracking in Salesforce. When we opened a support case on the issue, we were told that this is just the way it was designed. This is clearly a design flaw that should be changed. Has anyone else had problems with this issue? Does anyone have a clever workaround?
