Marketo does not support Samsung Galaxy phone default browser

We have our pdf file hosted on our web page and it's impossible to open it from Galaxy phone browser. It works fine with iPhone though. Marketo support told me that Marketo does NOT support Samsung Galaxy phone default browser - it is a pity that Samsung phone has such a big market share but without Marketo's support. Anybody encountered the same issue?

Hi Chloe,

How is your pdf file shown on your web page? We have multiple landing pages that our team uses and I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 that I use to test our landing pages and forms. When a user fills out a form, they have the option to read a PDF via a link and when that is clicked on in my Samsung phone browser, they have the option to read the PDF either within my Adobe app or the Chrome/Internet app.

Hi Lalida,

I finally found out that we have to view the pdf from the "Downloads" app. So what the Marketo support said was not right. It is just because that I am not so familiar with my new Samsung phone.
